〇Can we pay at delivery?
No, we don’t accept cash on delivery service

〇How long does shipping take?
Delivery lead-time within 3 working day,
For Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa and the myriad outlying of islands, delivery may take extra 2 DAYS

〇 When can my items be delivered?
Our delivery company delivers seven days a week, so you can request delivery on both weekdays and weekends.

〇What if something is broken or damaged?
In the case that items are damaged or broken during shipping EMS International Trading Co., Ltd. will compensate you for paid items. Just take a picture of the product and send it to us and we’ll go about providing you either full or partial compensation for you ASAP. Please understand that in certain cases we may exercise our right to provide a refund and not send a replacement.
**NOTE** If any items have been damaged or gone bad/rotten during shipping, please DO NOT throw the items away. Our delivery company will collect the items as they will be necessary for us to provide a full refund.

〇Can I return items I don’t like, or don’t want?
Sure be our guest. We’re happy to return funds for any unopened, unused products (not including perishables) up to 7 days after the day of your purchase however you will be responsible for the cost of shipping in both directions, as well as any bank transfer fees.

〇CANCELLATION POLICY
Once your order has been shipped we cannot change the shipping address and you will be liable to cover the cost of shipping in both directions if the package must be returned.

〇Do you ship everywhere in Japan?
Almost. For Okinawa and some other islands there may be some situations where we cannot ship. Please inquire if you would like to know more.

〇Do you ship outside of Japan.
