Ingredients- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 6 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
- 2 fillets salmon

Ingredients- 2 cloves garlic minced

Instructions-
In a medium glass bowl, prepare marinade by mixing garlic, light olive oil, basil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and parsley. Place salmon fillets in a medium glass baking dish, and cover with the marinade. Marinate in the refrigerator about 1 hour, turning occasionally.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Place fillets in aluminum foil, cover with marinade, and seal. Place sealed salmon in the glass dish, and bake 35 to 45 minutes, until easily flaked with a fork.

- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 loaf frozen bread dough thawed
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese

- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 loaf frozen bread dough thawed
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
Instructions- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a medium baking sheet.
- In a bowl, blend the tomato paste, honey, and basil.
- Knead the Italian seasoning into the frozen bread dough, and roll into a 12-inch circle on the prepared baking sheet. With a fork, poke holes in the surface of the dough. Drizzle with olive oil. Brush with the tomato paste mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until the bread is lightly browned.
